During a bowing session you will be guided through a series of bowing movements that are effective in opening energy pathways including the chest and spine, which help to increase the circulation and quiet the mind.This moving meditation helps to achieve physical, mental, and emotional well being. Bowing is a beautiful and effective way of meditation. The best thing is to simply give it a try and see how it feels to you. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.
